Meet Your Facilitators

Ryan Hawell

Ceremonial Leader & Breathwork Facilitator

Ryan Hawell is a ceremonial guide and breathwork facilitator with over two decades of experience in health, wellness, and transformational healing. He works with people who are ready to move beyond the mind and into the animal body. Ryan's role is not to fix, but to hold a grounded, safe container where the body's own intelligence can lead.

As the founder of Earth Medicines Miami, Ryan has devoted his practice to the responsible, trauma-informed facilitation of the sacred medicines Kambo and Bufo (5-MeODMT). Ryan guides individuals and groups through experiences that reach beyond the ordinary into genuine transformation. His sessions integrate nervous system science, somatic awareness, and decades of hands-on experience to create journeys that are intended to expand the mind and open the heart.

Ryan works through conscious connected breathwork, which are trauma-aware nervoussystem–led techniques. His approach is intuitive and adaptive where no two sessions are alike, because no two people are alike. Participants consistently describe leaving his sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves than they have in years.

At Orenda, Ryan will serve as lead medicine facilitator, holding the ceremonial container with steadiness, warmth, and your safety at front and centre.

Andrea Mihalik

SOUND HEALER & CEREMONY FACILITATOR

Andrea Mihalik is a Miami-based sound healer, ceremonial guide, and founder of The Vibransè. Her platform is devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner radiance through the ancient arts of sound, movement, and self-inquiry. Andrea weaves scientific understanding of the body with deep spiritual practice, creating experiences that are as grounded as they are transformative.

Her work includes sound journeys, immersive yoga classes, Full Moon ceremonies, and Quantum Healing hypnosis (QHHT) sessions. Her one to one specialty helps guide individuals into theta-state to access the subconscious for profound healing and clarity.

Beyond private and group sessions in Miami, Andrea has brought her offerings to international stages, hosting transformative retreats in Ibiza, Mexico, and Guatemala, and partnering with brands like Virgin Voyages to deliver experiences at scale. She is equally at home creating intimate ceremonial containers and leading large group journeys, adapting her intuitive presence to lead participants where they need to go in the moment.

At Orenda, Andrea will weave sound healing, ceremony, and energetic attunement into the medicine experience, holding the space with warmth, depth, and unwavering presence.

Maria Assunta Parrella

Ceremonial Facilitator & Intuitive Guide

Maria Assunta Parrella is a clairvoyant, yoga teacher, and energy healer, and the founder of Honor Yoga and the Honor Yoga Foundation. With over 30 years of experience in spiritual leadership and intuitive guidance, she brings deep wisdom, integrity, and grounded presence to the ceremonial space. Certified in psilocybin integration, Maria weaves energy work, intuitive insight, and conscious awareness to support participants through meaningful inner exploration. Her work creates a safe, sacred container where healing, clarity, and transformation can naturally unfold.

Ashish Kapoor

Born in India and trained through culinary school and some of India’s premier five-star Indian and Asian restaurants, Ashish combines refined gourmet technique with a deep understanding of authentic, fresh, and sattvic food philosophies.

For Ashish, cooking is sacred practice. He believes food carries energy, and the consciousness brought to its preparation matters. Known for preparing ingredients largely by hand rather than machine, he approaches each meal with care, mindfulness, and reverence, infusing nourishment, vitality, and love into the process.

His meals are thoughtfully crafted to support healing, groundedness, digestion, emotional wellbeing, and delight. At Orenda, his cuisine becomes part of the retreat journey itself helping guests feel cared for, restored, connected, and deeply nourished on every level.
