Founder of Hope Is One Breath Away
He is a dedicated yogi, community advocate, and personal trainer currently completing his Yoga Teacher Training. He is the founder of Hope Is One Breath Away, a division of the Honor Yoga Foundation, which provides trauma-informed yoga and breathwork to underserved and at-risk populations. Having personally experienced profound healing through yoga after addiction and emotional dysregulation, he now shares these practices as accessible tools for grounding, recovery, and empowerment. His mission is to remind others that healing is possible one breath at a time.

With over 30 years of experience in spiritual leadership and intuitive guidance, she leads this ceremonial retreat with deep wisdom, integrity, and spiritual grounding.
